PATRICK COLSON

Born in South Carolina but raised in North Carolina. He is a graduate of Gardner Webb University. At Gardner Webb University he was an leader in basketball, the gospel choir, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. With over a decade of law enforcement experience, he discovered a need for change.  This change came in the form of a vision.  This vision is designed to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and the communities we serve. H.E.L.L.O. is the beginning of a new philosophy in criminal justice.
-Helping by using our available resources to help in developing our community.
-Everyone is our target audience for service. This has no discrimination of race, gender, religion, social status, political party, or any other discriminatory differences among our communities.
-Love is respecting the differences in everyone.  You don’t have to agree with everyone but you do have to know that there are different perspectives on subjects that may cause conflict. We must exercise conflict resolution whenever necessary.
-Law enforcement are qualified officials with the responsibility of enforcing civil, state and federal laws.
-Officers are public servants of our communities. We are charged with the responsibility of protecting and serving our community.
